📍 Order tracking
A tracking number is sent to you by e-mail as soon as the carrier takes charge of your parcel. You can follow it at any time on our tracking page.
🛡️ Transfer of risk
In accordance with Article L216-4 of the French Consumer Code, the risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when they take physical possession of the goods. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 72 hours with photos at contact@dermalys.eu.
