Judith Tomas

40 years in practice

Aesthetician · National examination board · Trainer

After trying a great many brands, she chose to bring ExoBlanc into her protocols. Here is why, and what she does with it in treatment.

The protocol The training

Judith Tomas, founder of Nacre Institut, in her salon in Saint-Laurent-de-la-Salanque

No single technology can work on its own. It is the synergy that creates the results.

Judith Tomas — Nacre Institut

Her background

Forty years in treatment rooms. National examination board member, trainer to fellow professionals, and a technical set-up she built device by device: plasma, electroporation, EMS, radiofrequency, LED.

Hundreds of products and technologies tested, analysed, selected for her successive salons. That background explains how she judges: she does not read a promise, she reads an ingredient list, a concentration, and what her clients' skin does over the following days.

My job is to analyse, to validate and to select what brings real value to my treatments.

Judith Tomas — Nacre Institut

The Neolis Method

The protocol she created and practises in her salon, born of a conviction she sums up in a single sentence.

The full protocol takes 1 hr 45 min on average.

Skin is not transformed at the surface, but deep down.

Judith Tomas — Nacre Institut

Beforehand — preparation

An exfoliation lifts away the dead surface layer and the impurities that dull the complexion. The skin brightens and is ready for what follows. In winter, a peel can take its place.

  1. Plasma Three heads, opening the treatment. The complexion evens out, the skin's texture refines.
  2. Electroporation The actives penetrate deeply, with no needle.
  3. EMS Muscle stimulation. The facial muscles work, the contour is redrawn.End of the first sequence
  4. Radiofrequency The skin firms and gains density.
  5. LED Soothes at the end of the session, and helps the applied care penetrate better.

To finish — the mask

Twenty minutes of mask under LED. The mask comes off. Then ten minutes of LED alone, on the saturated skin.

She advises her clients to use SPF 30 in winter and SPF 50 in summer. Skin that has just had this protocol is more reactive to sun.

In her words

After several weeks of analysis, my verdict is clear and sincere.

The actives she uses

Her brochure does not talk about products, it talks about actives. These are the families she finds in the range, and what each one brings to the treatment.

  • PDRN — polynucleotides

Dosed at 500 ppm in the mask, that is 0.05%. One of the most widely used actives in Korean treatment rooms.

  • Plant exosomes

Rosa Damascena and Lactobacillus, at 0.05%. Plant-derived, never animal.

  • Peptide complexes

From three to seven peptides depending on the formula. The serum carries six.

  • CICA — Centella Asiatica

Soothing. On reactive skin, and after a device-based treatment.

  • Niacinamide, ceramides, adenosine

Niacinamide at 2%. Ceramides and adenosine complete it, on comfort and hold.

The families shown are those of the references distributed in France today. Others will follow as they are notified.

Learning the method

She trains her peers

Forty years of practice are not passed on in a lecture hall. Three practitioners per session, in her treatment room, on real skin.

Video sessions remain possible for already experienced practitioners. Two formats are taught: the full protocol, and a short three-step version for upkeep and prevention. Each trainee leaves with a handbook and a contract — Judith remains the method's reference.

And if you do not have all the equipment: the handbook covers device substitutions. The method adapts to what you have; it does not assume a fully equipped salon.

What the handbook covers

  1. Cellular ageing
  2. The five technologies, and what each one does
  3. Device substitutions on a small budget
  4. The protocols to put in place
  5. Follow-up and aftercare
