In brief: ExoBlanc™ is notified to the European CPNP under three numbers (Mask n°5094089, Serum n°5358865, Cream n°5358863), formulated under ISO 22716 certification (Good Manufacturing Practices for cosmetics). The Responsible Person is YJN Europe SRO (Slovakia). The active ingredients are documented by studies on isolated ingredients — individual results may vary.

In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1223/2009, each ExoBlanc™ product is notified to the European Commission via the Cosmetic Products Notification Portal:

ISO 22716 (Cosmetic GMP)

Our formulator Meso Pharm CO., LTD (Incheon, South Korea) operates under ISO 22716 certification, the international standard for Good Manufacturing Practices in cosmetics. Each batch is subject to a Certificate of Analysis (COA) and a 36-month stability test.

Responsible Person

YJN Europe SRO (Slovakia) ensures ExoBlanc™ regulatory compliance for the European market — holder of the Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR).

Active ingredient studies

The PDRN, exosomes and peptides used in ExoBlanc™ are documented by published scientific studies on the isolated ingredient. The association of PDRN with +25-35% collagen synthesis refers to these ingredient studies. Individual results in cosmetic application may vary.
