Certifications & evidence

Proof before promises. Every certification is verifiable, every document is accessible.

ISO 22716 — Good Manufacturing Practices

ExoBlanc™ is manufactured in facilities certified ISO 22716 (Cosmetic GMP). Certificate GSC-1018-CG issued to Meso Pharm Co., Ltd. — valid until November 2027.

This standard guarantees a comprehensive quality system: raw material control, batch traceability, production hygiene, staff training, and regular audits.

CPNP — European Notification

ExoBlanc™ is registered in the European Union's Cosmetic Products Notification Portal under number 5094089, notified on April 15, 2025.

EU Responsible Person: YJN PL SP.Z O.O.

CPNP registration is mandatory for all cosmetics marketed in the EU. It means that the product has been evaluated, documented, and that health authorities have all necessary information in case of a problem.

CPSR Part B — Safety Assessment

The Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) was carried out by Božena Valentova, Medical Laboratory Assessor (30 years of experience), updated on March 27, 2025.

CPSR Part B confirms that the product, under normal conditions of use, does not present a risk to human health. It covers: stability, compatibility, toxicological profile, impurity traces, and potential interactions between ingredients.

ExoBlanc's 5 certifications: ISO 22716, CPNP, CPSR, COA, Not tested on animals
5 documented proofs. Zero unverifiable promises.

COA — Certificate of Analysis

Measured pH: 6.1 — within the physiological range of the skin (5.0–5.5 extended to 5.8). Respects the skin barrier, compatible with sensitized and post-treatment skin.

Stability: 36 months — confirmed by accelerated and real-time tests. The formula remains stable and effective throughout its shelf life.

Not tested on animals

Certificate signed by the CEO and QC Manager of Meso Pharm Co., Ltd. (September 27, 2024): ExoBlanc™ and its ingredients have not been tested on animals.

Important: We do not have third-party certification (Leaping Bunny, PETA). We say "not tested on animals." We never say "certified cruelty-free"—that would be lying about the existence of a certification we do not possess.

Can the CPNP number be verified?

The CPNP portal is not directly accessible to the public (it is reserved for health authorities and Responsible Persons). However, number 5094089 can be verified by any European health authority upon request. We provide documents upon request to any interested client or professional.

Is ExoBlanc™ suitable for reactive skin?

Yes, the formula is designed to soothe. The pH 6.1, the absence of alcohol, and the soothing active ingredients (Centella, double liquorice, chamomile, allantoin, betaine) specifically target fragile skin. For added safety, perform a patch test 24 hours before first use.

Is perfume a problem for sensitive skin?

The fragrance is lavender essential oil at 0.01% — barely perceptible. The naturally occurring linalool is at 0.005%. At this concentration, the risk of sensitization is extremely low. If you have a known allergy to fragrances or linalool, perform a patch test beforehand or consult your dermatologist.
